Pike Oke Terms & Conditions – Complete Rules of Service

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the Pike Oke platform and all its users ("Members"). Pike Oke refers to the pikeoke.com website, mobile app, and all associated services.

The following are key terms used throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• "Platform" – Pike Oke's website, app, and all digital services.
• "Member" – Any individual who is registered on or using Pike Oke's services.
• "Account" – The member's personal profile and wallet.
• "Bet" — a financial wager placed on any game or sport.
• "Bonus" – Promotional benefits or credits issued by Pike Oke.

To register on Pike Oke and use its services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must register using accurate and truthful information.
• The mobile number provided at registration must be verified.
• Each individual may only register one account.
• Corporate or proxy accounts are not permitted.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. The following account rules must be followed on Pike Oke:

• Use a strong password and update it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Withdrawal functionality will be activated upon completion of KYC verification.
• Please contact support to make any changes to your account details.
• Report any suspicious activity to Pike Oke immediately.

Pike Oke supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all financial transactions:

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Pike Oke reserves the right to request additional verification for any suspicious transactions.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing from a bonus balance.

Pike Oke offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the bonus page (/bonus). General bonus policy:

• To use a bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• The same person may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Creating multiple accounts or using false information to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be suspended and the balance forfeited.

All games and Sports Betting on Pike Oke are governed by strict rules. Key betting guidelines:

• Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except in the case of a technical error.
• Pike Oke reserves the right to void any abnormal bets resulting from a system error.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet is voided and the stake is refunded.
• Live game results are determined by the provider's system, and those results are final.
• Bets will not be accepted if your account does not have sufficient balance.

Additional rules apply to the Sports Betting section:

• Once a match has started and the market is closed, no further bets will be accepted.
• If a leg in an accumulator bet is voided, that leg is counted at odds of 1.0.
• Bets confirmed before any odds change will remain at the original odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Pike Oke. Any violation will result in immediate account closure:

• Using bots, automation, or any software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transfer of funds.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the game or betting system.
• Attempting to access another member's account or steal their information.
• Registering with a fake identity or false information.
• Operating or managing an account on behalf of someone under 18.

Pike Oke always strives to deliver the best experience. However, our liability is limited in certain circumstances:

• Pike Oke is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connection disruptions.
• Our liability is limited in the event of technical errors caused by third parties, such as game providers.
• We are not liable for any loss resulting from a member carelessly sharing their password or login credentials.
• Pike Oke shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by government or legal action.

In the event of Force Majeure — such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government orders — Pike Oke shall not be held liable for any service disruptions. However, we will always work to restore services as quickly as possible.

• Your information is kept secure with SSL encryption.
• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• We may be required to share information with authorities for legal or regulatory purposes.
• You may request to update or delete your personal information at any time.

Either party may close an account. However, Pike Oke reserves the right to unilaterally close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Where fraudulent activity has been established.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

If you wish to close your account, please contact support. Any remaining valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact our support team in the first instance. The dispute resolution process is as follows:

• Step 1: Submit a complaint via live chat or email.
• Step 2: Our team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
• Step 3: Complex issues will be resolved within a maximum of 7 business days.
• Step 4: If a resolution cannot be reached, third-party mediation may be sought.

The jurisdiction of Pike Oke's licensing authority shall apply to all disputes.

Pike Oke reserves the right to modify these terms, in whole or in part, at any time. When changes are made:

• Members will be notified at least 7 days in advance of any significant changes.
• Notifications will be sent via email, SMS, or in-app messages.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will be given the option to close your account.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
