- Download Page Download and install the latest APK from there. You don't need to uninstall the old version — it will update automatically.
- On Android Settings → Security → Unknown Sources Make sure this is enabled – the APK won't install without it.
- Check your internet connection. A slow connection may delay the app from loading, but it won't cause a crash.
- If none of the above works, restart your phone and try again.

- On the Pike Oke app or website Financial Transactions Check whether the page shows a "Pending" or "Processing" status.

- If a deposit fails but the amount has already been deducted from Mobile Pay, it is usually 24–48 hours returned within that time.
